We Love B.B. for Reschio
We love the way that B.B. for Reschio has evolved and has come of age with its own Instagram account @bbforreschio and now a dedicated website too: bbforreschio.com
As an award-winning architect, Benedikt Bolza has designed and restructured houses, industrial premises and our very own 36-room Reschio Hotel. He has let nature dictate while creating extensive landscapes and gardens around the houses. With each project, his hand drawn bespoke pieces have been realised by local artisans. Lighting, furniture and accessories, all beautiful objects that hark back to a glamorous age, yet immensely practical in today’s world.
Frequently an item will pass between several artisans, each specialising in a different aspect such as interlacing webbing beneath a chair, angling the welder’s torch, carving out marble for a basin, hand-stitching a lampshade or patinating a bronze coffee table. Every item made is directly connected to the designer and is handcrafted for a specific order.
It is packed in custom-made crates to embark upon its final journey, branded with the B.B. for Reschio logo featuring the Tabaccaia, Reschio’s creative hub - the place where the first innovative sparks were ignited.
