We Love Our Reschio Gin
We love our very own Reschio Gin and so too do our guests in the Reschio Hotel, where every room has its own bar, and our especially designed 200ml bottles sit in pride of place. For those who dilute their gin with tonic, a home-grown lemon sits tantalizingly close, on a wooden board with the knife ready to slice.
Reschio Ginepro is made largely using foraged ingredients from the Reschio estate: wild juniper berries, nettle leaves, elicriso (curry plant) and lemon leaves. Other botanicals are added, such as pink pepper and coriander. It is made at a small local distillery in Gubbio, just 30 minutes away. The gin has balsamic notes and has a Mediterranean flavour. It is very dry and yet retains a perfume.
The whimsical label was designed by Reschio’s in-house team, based on Reschio’s grandiose butler Ruggero. Take a bottle home from our bottega and you can enjoy the taste of Reschio. We love that our Ginepro comes from Reschio’s land
